ALIZE-LCPC® — Pavement Design Software

Developed by Université Gustave Eiffel, in collaboration with STAC for the aeronautical module. Distributed by itech-soft since 2003.

Alizé2® is a pavement structure design software based on the French design method and compliant with the standard for new pavement structure design NF P98-086. It relies on the calculation of stresses and strains in a Burmister model. The structure consists of a stack of horizontally semi-infinite layers resting on a semi-infinite half-space. Material behaviour is assumed to be linearly elastic.

ALIZE-LCPC®, Alizé-Aéronautique® and Alizé2® are registered trademarks. The software is registered with the Agence pour la Protection des Programmes.

Standard — Road design

Standard design compliant with NF P98-086 2019, including mechanical steps and frost verification.

Admissible values calculation

Calculation of admissible stresses and strains for a given layer. Inverse calculation of traffic or available risk.

Alizé-Aéronautique®

Flexible pavements

Rational design method for flexible aeronautical pavements (STAC guide). The latest version includes frost verification.

ACR/PCR

Calculation of indicators and aircraft admissibility verification using the ACR/PCR method, in accordance with ICAO methodology.

Interpretation of FWD data by back-calculation to estimate elastic moduli. Innovative algorithm for homogeneous basin detection.

Special Pavements

Pavement design for oversize loads (logistics and port platforms). Tested by the IDRRIM working group.

Materials and loads management interface: creation, editing, import and saving. These customisable data are reusable across all software modules.
